This sign is at Laguna Seca at the trailhead in the A Campground. The trail heads down a grassy ridge.I tried to add a photo of the rest of the sign but couldn't figure out how to in comments. It is your normal dogs on leash, no motorcycle type sign otherwise.
Well I had to find out for sure so I Googled internatinal signs. It means Enviromental Study Area.
